The Lattice Scholars Program is a first-of-its kind program designed to provide debt-free education to all incoming first-generation, Pell-eligible students who are residents of Colorado.
The Lattice program unlocks the potential of first-generation students, fostering a more inclusive future across engineering fields. By breaking down barriers and providing opportunities to first-generation students, we create a more innovative and prosperous future for all.
Lattice scholarships close the total cost-of-attendance gap for these students across four full years of study. In addition to financial support, the program includes academic advising and mentoring to ensure that students develop the necessary skills and connections to thrive in their engineering studies and beyond.

The Lattice Scholars Program saw 121 scholars in the fall of 2025, with retention rates averaging 91%. This program is shaping the next generation of engineering leaders by breaking down barriers, cultivating a vibrant community of diverse minds, and propelling our students toward a future without limits.
