Office for Access & Community Engagement (ACE)

The College of Arts and Sciences Office for Access & Community Engagement (ACE) is committed to promoting cross-cultural awareness and competency. Our goal is to support a wide range of programs and initiatives that explore both the shared and unique experiences, histories and heritages of our community.

One of the key initiatives offers a faculty and staff mentorship program, designed to empower and support faculty and staff in achieving success socially, personally, and professionally. The program is open to all faculty and staff in the college who are interested in fostering a supportive and inclusive community. The program matches those who joined the A&S community in the last 18 months with more seasoned employees directly with resources and experiences that will assist new employees in their transition to the college and enhance their opportunities to thrive at CU Boulder.
